The Blast recently got their hands on legal paperwork where Hart claims that Tasha K, also known as Latasha Transrina Kebe, requested money from him to stop an interview from being made public. As a result, Hart decided to send her a formal letter demanding that she stop.

The letter mentioned that Shakes signed a non-disclosure agreement with Hart while working with her. It was stated that publishing the interview would be considered as an intentional interference with the contract between Hart and Shakes, as reported by People magazine.
Kebe eventually informed Hart that she would release the complete interview on December 22, and it was made available on her paid website later that night.
Page Six stated that both Kebe and Shakes are facing lawsuits from Hart for extortion and invasion of privacy. Additionally, Shakes is being sued for breaking the contract and defamation, while Hart is also suing Kebe for intentional interference with the contract and defamation.

Following the news of the lawsuit, Kebe took to Instagram to share more clips from the controversial interview, accompanied by a disclaimer stating that the opinions expressed in the video belong to the guest and do not necessarily represent Tasha K or the production company. Kebe emphasized that all content is meant for entertainment purposes and urged viewers to use their discretion. The disclaimer also noted that all statements and reporting are considered alleged.
