It’s just not cool to be hungover with your kids around. I hear my daughter saying, ‘Wake up mum, let’s watch Minions’ and it’s a reality check.” At 39 years old, Katy admitted that her tolerance for alcohol has significantly decreased, stating, “If I have more than two drinks, the next day is rough. I find myself reassessing everything after a night out. Parenthood has definitely changed my perspective on lifestyle choices.”
