“Kenan Thompson Gears Up for Kevin Hart’s ‘Courtside Comedy’ NBA Event”

Special Newsflash: Comedy superstar Kevin Hart has reached out to Saturday Night Live favorite Kenan Thompson for assistance on his upcoming NBA Unplugged episode.

Thompson, known for playing basketball stars in the popular NBC show, will be teaming up with Hart to provide an alternative commentary for ESPN2’s coverage of the match between the Philadelphia 76ers and the New York Knicks.

JB Smoove, Andre Iguodala, and Meek Mill are all making appearances on the program. Starting the series in a similar style to Manningcast, it is being produced by Peyton Manning’s Omaha Productions and Hart’s Hartbeat. The show premiered during the NBA’s latest in-season tournament, where the LA Lakers emerged as the champions.

Next up in the lineup are seven exciting episodes of the show during the regular season, starting off with an epic matchup between the Knicks and 76ers. Another game to look forward to is the clash between the Dallas Mavericks and Miami Heat in April.

Hart is joined by his crew, the Plastic Cup Boyz, which includes Joey Wells, Will Horton, and Na’im Lynn, in hosting the series.
